Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days to cancel after receipt without giving a reason. You have after cancellation again 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 4.95 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via contact@cleanlyproducts.eu. We will then charge the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, we will refund you, provided the product has already been received in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return.
